The Eleanor Guest Room
Eleanor Room

Recently updated with a king-sized bed and new bath, this remains the same large and comfortable room it was in 1935 Eleanor Roosevelt Guest Roomwhen Eleanor Roosevelt stayed here while visiting the textile mill in Goshen. The small bathroom - complete with a basketful of toilet articles, a hair dryer and plush robes - now features an oversized double shower for two, with dual showerheads. A small electric stove in the fireplace adds a cheery glow and plentiful warmth on chilly evenings. A welcome retreat for couples who love to pile up pillows to read in bed or in one of the comfortable chairs.

Private Sitting Area

Whether your goal is a romantic VA retreat, a place to relax snuggled under a down comforter, or a special anniversary or honeymoon to a Virginia bed and breakfast, the spacious Eleanor room can provide it in comfort.
