Our largest room, the light and airy Alleghany is the second floor room of the original 1780 post-and-beam house. The Alleghany features a queen-size pencil post bed with canopy, a love seat that can become a twin bed, comfortable armchairs in front of a the hearth with fireplace stove, garden views, and afternoon sunshine. The spacious and luxurious bathroom - complete with a basketful of toilet articles, a hair dryer, and plush robes - includes a large whirlpool tub/shower combination, with oak and brass appointments. You'll wish you could take it home!
