 Named for the couple (Jeremy and Diana Robinson) who brought this Victorian bed and breakfast inn back to life in 1991, this light-filled room has lovely views of the gardens.
Set farther back from the front of the house than the other rooms, the Robinson offers separate access to the second floor veranda from its "reading nook". The bedroom features a queen-size iron bed, comfortable wing chair with reading lamp, a cozy, Victorian-style fireplace stove, and an antique oak washstand. The small, private, hallway/reading nook adds additional space with a chaise lounge for relaxing and a vanity with mirror. The well-appointed private bathroom boasts a roomy stall shower and brass and oak furnishings. As with all our rooms, a basketful of toiletries, a hair dryer, and plush robes are among the room's appointments.

All Rooms: Private baths, thick cotton towels, cotton robes (heavy terry in Winter, light cotton in Summer), all-cotton 300-thread-count sheets, feather beds, down comforters in season, two down pillows and two foam pillows, room air-conditioning in season, ceiling fans, hair dryers, ample reading lamps, bed-side tables, snack basket, wine glasses and corkscrew, fresh flowers, just-baked cookies, postcards, bathroom amenities including Hummingbird Inn shampoo with conditioner, lotion, bath salts, shower cap, toothpaste, and lemon and balsam soaps. Daily maid service.
An iron and ironing board are available. Coffee, tea, and ice water are available in the dining room for the asking. Sodas and brownies are always in the den. There is also a portable phone, a satellite TV, VCR, and DVD player in the den for guests to use. The inn has wireless internet access. The innkeepers live on-premises and are always available to answer calls from home, day or night, give advice, and help in any way they can during your stay.
